SHIPPING
We ship packages with shipment tracking, and packages will require signature receipt from someone at the residence for security of delivery. Shipping is free within the 50 US States and to DC, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
Rest of World/International customers please use our Contact Us Page to check if we ship to your country and to obtain a shipping price quotation.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
You have two full weeks, 14 Days, from receipt of your purchase to notify us that you would like to return an item for refund. To begin the return process, notify us via our Contact Us Page that you would like to return an item and we will provide a return shipping label, return address, and Return Authorization (R/A) Number to be printed on the return package. To be eligible for return the item must be in original receipt condition without alteration of any kind, to include, for example, resizing, polishing, restringing, resetting, etc. Upon return receipt of the item and verification of condition your full purchase price will be refunded to the credit card used for purchasing.
