Shipping is free within the 50 US States and to DC, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. 

We ship packages with shipment tracking, and all shipped packages will require signature receipt from someone at the residence for security of delivery.

You have two full weeks, 14 Days, from receipt of your purchase to notify us that you would like to return an item for refund. 

To begin the return process, notify us via our Contact Us Page that you would like to return an item.  To be eligible for return the item must be in original receipt condition without alteration of any kind, to include, for example, resizing, polishing, restringing, resetting, etc. 

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email to be applied to your return package. Upon return receipt of the item and verification of condition your full purchase price will be refunded to the credit card used for purchasing.
