Shipping is free within the 50 US States and to DC, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. 

We ship packages with shipment tracking, and all shipped packages will require signature receipt from someone at the residence for security of delivery.

2-Week Returns / Refunds

We have a 2-week return policy for full refund of your purchase price, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund. 

To be eligible for a return for refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without alteration of any kind (resizing, polishing, resetting, etc.). 

To start a return for refund, contact us using our Contact Us Page and let us know you would like to return an item.  We will email/send you a return shipping label that can be printed and applied to the return package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not because of alterations.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at alohaestatejewelry@gmail.com.

Returns Between 2-Weeks And 1-Month

We will accept returns after 2-weeks/14 Days and until 1-Month/30 Days after your receipt of purchased item for a store credit.  

To start a return for store credit, contact us using our Contact Us Page and let us know you would like to return an item for store credit.  We will email/send you a return shipping label that can be printed and applied to the return package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund for store credit was approved or not because of alterations.  If approved, we will issue a store credit as a Gift Card in the full amount of your purchase price.

Returns After 1-Month/30 Days

We are unable to accept return of items after 1-Month/30 Days from your receipt of an item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via our Contact Us Page or email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return on gift cards.
